We want you to love your HaloLuxes purchase. Please review this policy for jewelry items.
Return Eligibility
Unworn, unused items only, in original condition and packaging (jewelry card/box, pouches, tags). Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Earrings (including ear cuffs) are final sale once opened for hygiene reasons. Final sale or discounted bundles may be non-returnable where stated.
Start a Return
Email info@haloluxes.com with your order number, items for return, reason, and photos of condition/packaging. We will reply with instructions and the return address.
Condition & Inspection
Items must arrive unused and undamaged. Returns showing wear, scratches, missing parts, altered sizing, or missing packaging may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method excluding original shipping fees. Allow 5–10 business days after inspection for refunds to appear.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Faulty/Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@haloluxes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless faulty or our error, return shipping is your responsibility. Use a trackable service; we are not responsible for lost returns.
Undeliverable/Refused Packages
Shipping fees for refused/undeliverable parcels are non-refundable. Returned packages will be refunded minus any carrier return fees.
